Castillo: Washed with Rock Melon Flavor

This coffee was grown by Felipe Arcela at his Maracay farm. It underwent a 48-hour dry anaerobic fermentation process with the pulp present. During this fermentation, dried rock melon was added. The cherries were then peeled and laid out on raised beds to dry until the ideal moisture content was achieved.
